-Resolve hardware and software issues for employees via ticketing system, chat, phone, or in person. -Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. -Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access. -Facilitate seamless onboarding by setting up workstations and providing IT equipment. -Document technical procedures and contribute to user guides. -Share knowledge and provide training on basic IT topics.

During three months internship at Concorde Garments Ltd. under the IT department, my responsibility was to look after various IT products and note down the problems of the products such as routers, biometric attendance devices, PC, CCTV, etc.

In this three months internship at Osman Interlinings Ltd. as an IT support engineer, my primary responsibilities were to look after PCs, and printers and note down the internet issues of the different floors. And inform about these problems to the IT department.
