Gulfam Baghoor

Prof. Dr. Gulfam Khan Khalid, Founding CEO Skillsrator, is a renowned entrepreneurial ecosystem specialist, corporate social scientist, and development consultant with significant experience in educational leadership, system thinking, institutionalization, project management, logistics and budgeting for private and non-profit sectors. Currently, he is member board of directors, International Center of Excellence (ICE). Through his educational leadership, Dr. Khalid has provided training and education to thousands of individuals and businesses in Pakistan over last 20 years, helping them to succeed in the digital economy. He has trained more than 7000 participants from government, corporate and development sector. He has around 70 publications including but not limited to consulting reports, international / national journal publications, international / national conference proceedings, research theses supervisions, case studies and chapter writings. He is also reviewer of some international and national journals including Journal of Managerial Psychology. Dr. Khalid has also consulted several government agencies and international non-profit organizations to promote research, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and sustainable development in Pakistan. He has remained technical advisor, team leader and principal investigator for design, implementation and monitoring a number of projects and has been involved in conducting research for institutions like World Bank, ADB, UNESCO, USAID, CIDA, DFID, AHC, BHC, Unicef, World Economic Forum, Ministry of education, HEC, KPITB, British Council, Plan Pakistan, Pathfinder International, Ilm Association, PMI, PTA, NHA and Pakistan Railway. He has also served as executive director, Extreme Commerce College (ECC) and has been the founding director of Business Incubation Center of NUML (BICON) and Life Development Foundation (LDF). Moreover, he has also supported dozens of sustainable initiatives at institutional level. Overall, Dr. Gulfam Khan Khalid's contributions to the areas of e-commerce and sustainability have been significant and far-reaching. Since 2015, he has been working at startup ecosystem and has contributed a lot in policy making and advocacy through HEC and Prime Minister Kamyab Jawan Program. His efforts to promote sustainable entrepreneurial practices and promote digital literacy have helped to drive economic growth and social development in Pakistan, and his work continues to inspire and guide the next generation of entrepreneurs and professionals in the country.
