Project Solar Farm Reficar 23 MWp - Coordinar actividades de ingeniería de desarrollo en marco del cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas, ingeniería básica y cumplimiento normativo nacional e internacional. - Apoyo a evaluación de ofertas de diferentes insumos, equipos, servicios y equipos principales cómo del BOS del proyecto. - Identificación de mejora de la ingeniería, proponiendo optimizaciones en cuanto suministro de equipos, generando ahorros en el CAPEX y OPEX. - Aportar al soporte de la dirección del proyecto en cuanto actividades técnicas de transferencia de conocimiento al cliente, fundamento técnico y regulatorio, seguimiento a actividades del PDT general del proyecto.

Engineering activities for self-generation and large-scale generation projects, aimed at conceptual and detailed engineering, testing and commissioning, connection management and commercial operation. Provide technical support to offers from equipment suppliers, focused on the identification of cost optimization in CAPEX and OPEX - Processing to connection and management of connection and/or backup capacity contracts before the different national Grid Operators, for self-generators and distributed generators (6 MW+). - Conceptual and detailed engineering design activities for self-generation projects (300 kW+) and large-scale generation projects (5MW+). - Commissioning and declaration of commercial commissioning of a large-scale generation project of 12 MWp, connection at 13.8 kV. - General and particular technical specifications for self-generation, distributed generation and large-scale projects, including installation methods, materials, connection line, main equipment. - Technical implementation of PPA and EPC commercial offers, from identification of customer consumption, spaces available for the projection of an optimal system by means of solar modeling software, base budget, pricing of the energy produced, billing savings, projection of emissions of CO2 avoid emitting. - On-site auditing in all phases of the projects, support to contractors, EPCists, suppliers, inspectors; inspections carried out by drawing up an Inspection Points Plan. - Technical accompaniment in tenders for equipment and materials suppliers, joint work with constructors and equipment suppliers, analysis of technical offers. - Participation in the company's regulation committee, analysis of national and international regulation and regulations, participation in queries with regulatory entities.

Distribution Subdirectorate - Project Engineering Division Advance activities related to the analysis of the connection of Non-Conventional Renewable Energy Sources (FNCER) in the power system. Management of connection requests and technical tests of self-generators and distributed generators to connecting to the SDL and STR . Development of the planning and expansion of the electrical power system of Huila, regulations aimed at the planning and operation of the power system, as in those related to renewable energies. - Attention to more than 50 connection requests for Small-Scale Autogenerators and Distributed Generators (1 MW+), start-up tests, verification of technical, regulatory and normative parameters, and execution of anti-island tests. - Management of connection requests in the SDL and STR of the company of 5 Large-Scale Autogenerators (10 MW+). - Review and technical concept of connection studies for the connection of large-scale solar generation projects in the company's electrical power system, verification of compliance with regulatory guidelines (190 MW+). - Generation and execution of reports of AGPE, AGGE, DG and Generators to the Commercial Exchange Administrator - ASIC, Mining-Energy Planning Unit - UPME, Regulation and Gas Commission - CREG and Superintendency of Residential Public Services. - Preparation of connection contracts and backup capacity for generation resources in the electrical system operated by the company. - Study and analysis for the expansion to the Huila electrical power system, including the participation of non-conventional renewable energy sources, expansion projects such as substations, lines and loads. - Development of internal process between different areas for synergy from connection requests to billing of self-generating users.

Project entitled Complementarity between Non-Conventional Sources of Energy in Colombia. Research project financed by the Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM), Mining and Energy Planning Unit (UPME) and COLCIENCIAS. Development of a methodology to evaluate the degree of complementarity between the wind and solar energy sources present on the Caribbean coast with respect to the water resource in the inner of the country, to have support for hydraulic generation in the face of events such as the El Niño phenomenon. Training to UPME workers for methodology management. Installation, operation and monitoring of the PV solar system of the Renewable Energy Laboratory, practices with students, preparation of guides.
