Working in the Pre&Post Sales department, I was leading a team of 3 Project Managers and 3 Service Managers. This role required to work closely with Sales and Pre Sales departments on project qualifications and customer relationships. The main challenges were to endorse a double responsibility for Projects and Service Management for the customers under my responsibility. This was also a great opportunity to build strong relationship with customers by controlling both the implementation and the post-sales phase.

Working in the corporate customer service, I was the operational and technical point of contact for major customers. I was responsible for managing their voice and data networks. This role was a compromise between technical competency, commercial awareness and being able to build a durable relationship with customers based on confidence, initiative and proactivity.

Service Management within Verizon Business covers a wide range of Service Assurance topics for large clients. Best-in-class Service people with a dedicated/proactive approach (technical support and escalations, network optimization, financial matters) to serve the business of our largest clients. Team of 10 Service Managers covering France top 50 accounts. This role requires management skills to lead, motivate and improve efficiency of the team members. I also need to perfectly understand customer’s needs and ensure executive level communication on service related issues

In relationship with major customers and MCI international departments, I was responsible for the implementation of complex WAN networks (including Data VPN, Internet, and Voice). Typical projects were international VPN up to 200 sites with strong commitment on delivery and high business impact. Not only requires this role technical competencies but also project management skills (rigour, autonomy, customer focus, risk management, communications skills.
