Main Activities: • Coordination and Supervision of the Tooling Area Activities: - Technical development of the tools, fixtures and accessories in order to supply the manufacturing (machining, welding and assembly). - Technical support for Manufacturing (specially machining). - Tool preparation for machining (assembly and presetting). - Tool grinding and tool making for special tools. - Tool supply (stock control, purchasing, follow up, cost analysis). - Tool flow control, maintenance and inventory. • New Process Development in order to Optimize Manufacturing. • Performing Several Training in order to enhance the Team Development. * function performed simultaneously with the next one between 2002 e 2003.
