* PROJECT: SABRATHA PLATFORM (PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT PROJECT) * DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT OF A GAS PLATFORM * CLIENT: MELLITAH OIL&GAS B.V. * LOCATION: LIBYA, ITALY * POSITION:HOOK-UP and COMMISSIONING DEPUTY MANAGER * During the first phase working in the Head Office on all the technical details (Job Cards, procedures), and managing the piping prefabrication activities and preparation of equipment and tools in Intermare Sarda Yard, for the offshore HUC activities. In the second phase working on the Sabratha Platform offshore Hook-up, installation, commissioning and testing of modified and replaced items of equipment for production enhancement of Sabratha Platform, which includes: Condensate Booster Pumps, Condensate Export Pumps, Cooling water circulation Pumps, Heat Exchangers, PSV and control valves and relevant piping. A number of operations were carried out during the normal Platform production, as well as during the field and plant shutdown.

* PROJECT: AWA PALOUKOU PROJECT * DESCRIPTION: WELLHEAD PLATFORM TOPSIDES, JACKET AND PILES * CLIENT: ENI E&P, ENICONGO * LOCATION: CONGO, ITALY * POSITION: DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER * Mar. 2008 to Apr. 2008 * Supporting Project Manager in material, vendor and personnel management in Milan and Pointe Noire offices. * Jan. 2008 to Feb. 2008 * Offshore Installation of AWA PALOUKOU Topside ( Deck, West Deck and Helideck ), onboard Saipem Vessels (Saipem 3000 and Castoro II) and all Hook Up & Commissioning Activities up to platform handover to the Client. Providing support to the Project Manager in Cost Control and Logistics activities (movement of marine spread, mob/demob of personnel, crew boat and supply vessels management, etc.)

Sept. 2006 to Dec. 2007 Working in Intermare Sarda Yard in TEMT (Time & Methods) technical office for the first 3 months. Acting as the Construction Manager Assistant for the following 9 months for Awa Paloukou piping prefabrication and erection (acting as the interface for production releases, NDT and painting activities). The last 3 months providing support to the Commissioning Manager in the Yard (vendor call, yard operations to assist the commissioning team).

* Mechanical and geological testing of construction materials including: * Tests on steel beams for carpenter use * Tests on concrete. * Load tests on civil structures (bridges, workshops, schools). * Geological tests on numerous types of rocks.

* PROJECT:ZULF 480/489, ZULF 490/499, ZULF 440/449, ZULF 500/5099, * DESCRIPTION: WELLHEAD PLATFORM TOPSIDES 750 TONS (each one) * CLIENT:SAUDI ARAMCO * LOCATION:SAUDI ARABIA * POSITION:CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR PLATFORM TOPSIDE * Working in STAR (Saipem Taqa Al Rushaid) Fabricator ltd Yard. Acting as the Construction Manager for four (4) Platform Topsides erection 750 tons. each one (acting as the focal point for all supervisors and as interface for Engineering, Quality, Safety, Planning & Control, Material departments).

PROJECT: MAAMOURA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: WELLHEAD PLATFORM TOPSIDES, JACKET AND PILES CLIENT: ENI E&P, ENI TUNISIA LOCATION: TUNISIA, ITALY POSITION: HOOK UP MANAGER / DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER Sept. 2008 to Mar.2009 In the mobilisation and sail-away phases managing the planning, logistics, offshore activities scheduling, personnel mob/demob, materials preparation, packing, expediting and custom clearance details for the Hook Up phase. Acting as Intermare Sarda Representative onboard the installation vessel during the MAAMOURA Jacket, Piles and Deck installation. Acting as a Hook Up manager/ deputy Project Manager on board the Jack Up drilling rig for the Hook Up & Commissioning phase, and as the interface between Saipem-Client-Subcontractor and supporting the Project manager in the follow activities: - submittal of progress reports to the Client - issuing and updating schedule for offshore activities (hook-up and commissioning) - planning and monitoring the work progress through Job Cards system - issuing progress reports - managing all time sheets (including Vendors) and materials costs
