- As one of the earliest members of WuXi Bio CRO team, to actively develop new business in US New England (MA/CT/RI/NH/VT) & East Canada. Developed and maintain strategic partnership with 100+ new pharmaceutical or biotech companies and generated $6M+ revenue. - Independently developed and established strategic partnership with 10+ key accounts (MNC). - Supported multiple product lines including mAb, bsAb, ADC, nanobodies, antibody drug discovery and analytics service.

- Conducted bone marrow single cell isolation and myeloid cells purification. Analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing data with bioinformatic tools like R, and identified a novel population of hematopoietic stem cells that is highly responsive to Sepsis. - Coordinated TLA sequencing with CRO company to the MRP8-Cre/EGFP transgenic mice and performed data analysis. Drafted and published this study to answer a historically unresolved question in this widely used transgenic mouse line. - Development of novel gene/cell therapy methods for pre-clinical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, utilizing lentivirus-mediated gene editing to myeloid cells and reconstitution of microglial cells in transgenic mouse models of these diseases.

- Designed and performed 4 major research projects. Published 13 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals. - Envisioned and coordinated internal and external collaboration for 7 research projects. Served as the principal coordinator for an international collaboration involving 3 institutes from China and the US. - Designed, organized and led the lab section of the department biology course (BI107, 108) with 200+ students for 4 years.

As one of the most prestigious international scholarships, every year, Fulbright Sci&Tech International Outstanding Student Award selects around 30 awardees from different countries to pursue their PhD degrees in STEM at top US universities.
