Based in Hong Kong, I am responsible for representing Victory Capital Management's investment philosophy, process, and performance of investment products, and communicating with our Asian clients and their advisors regarding, amongst other, financial market performance, sector trends, and the firm’s financial market and economic outlook. Victory Capital Management is the exclusive partner of Amundi for US managed strategies.

Business development of the Global Fixed Income’s credit and absolute return expertise ● Excellent understanding of the broad fixed income asset class and funds under coverage ● Interaction with clients to promote funds, provide updates, and handle requests ● Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and distribution sales teams ● Produce regular and ad hoc market, fund, and marketing updates ● Work closely with RFP, communication, and marketing teams for quality production

Selection & monitoring of both long-only and absolute return fixed income funds ● Understanding Markets - deep knowledge of funds investment universe, strategies, and underlying asset classes ● Performing in depth due diligence (organization, investment team, investment process, risk management, performances) leading to investment recommendations ● Sourcing, negotiating, structuring bespoke dedicated accounts with managers, including tailored-made fee, liquidity and risk/return mandates

• Development of quantitative analysis, portfolio and risk management tools; • Support portfolio management team; • Responsible for dedicated FoHF including client relationship.
