ASSISTANT DIVISION CHIEF, RT Appropriations Division – serves as Division Chief’s direct representative. Manages $126M RT Appropriation; oversees development, modifications, & execution of current fiscal year spend plan & out-year budget development. Responsible for account management & oversight for 47 HQ, ISC and CGRC accounts. Conducts budget analyses of current/new reserve programs. Drafts financial policy and reserve-related responses to CG-83, DHS & Congress. Oversees management of Reserve Training (RT) funded Full Time Support (FTS) positions & 8100 RPAL positions; annual FTS billet review, SARR, & evaluation of FTS billet allocations. Supervises 3 LTs, 1 CWO, & 2 Petty Officers.
