I have led highly skilled teams of engineers and project managers, driving successful projects and partnerships across Europe. My core competencies include new business development, international sales and acquisition, business strategy, and team leadership. Over the years, I have built strong client relationships based on trust, quality, and a customer-centric approach, significantly expanding market share and securing key accounts with major industrial players. In 2025, I decided to embrace a new professional challenge and joined Zarys International Group – a leading provider of medical solutions for hospitals and clinics. In my current role, I am responsible for developing new international markets, leveraging my strategic and operational experience to bring value in a different, yet equally impactful industry: healthcare. This transition marks an exciting chapter where I can combine my proven business development acumen with a mission-driven sector that directly impacts people's well-being.
