Delivering training on the operation and functionalities of the PPM System, as well as MS Project training aimed at developing the competencies of Project Managers and project teams. Maintenance and updating of the PPM System Knowledge Base, including instructions and guidelines. Building a knowledge base of experience and best practices for project management tools. Coordination of the access rights management process within the PPM System, in cooperation with IT. Ongoing support for the Project Managers, and project teams in the use of the PPM System.

Serving as Project Manager for the implementation of a PPM-class project management system based on MS Project and SharePoint. Cooperation with the IT and the cooperators. Ongoing identification and validation of key stakeholder expectations. Organization and coordination of training sessions for company employees as part of the system implementation

Creation, tracking and regular update of the Project Plan, - Defining and updating the Project Time Management Plan (TMP), - coordination of planning between Participating Units participating in the project, - creation of the project's base plan, - ensuring consistency between plans under the project, - systematic analysis of the critical path of the project and identification of risk affecting the project plan, - preparation of planning reports for the client, project and lead unit.
