IT INTEGRATION IN M&A - Led and supervised number of IT integration projects of companies acquired by Orlen (Energa, Lotos, PGNiG, Ruch), Eurocash (PD, Tradis, Eko, Mila), Bauer Media (Interia, RMF). TEAM MANAGEMENT – managed teams for complex capital group structures with matrix and dotted line responsibilities. Worked as CEO of IT service company serving internal and external clients. CYBERSECURITY – supervised cybersecurity department in Orlen responsible for both IT and OT operations under strict rules applicable for critical infrastructure of the country. VENDOR MANAGEMENT - knowledgeable in IT sourcing and vendor management in various models, skilled in vendor consolidation, licensing optimization and contract negotiation. INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE – implemented IT solutions across different industrial sectors: oil and gas, utilities, retail, chemicals, and media.
