• Project designing, performing and verifying by Seven Basic Tools of Quality. • Educational training managers and making rookies faster to be on duty. • Optimizing recipes on equipments and process of products for higher through-put, higher yield, lower cost. • Analyzing , solving and preventing the technical problems of the LEDs production line. • Managing and achieving KPIs and physical properties of the LEDs. • Responsible for project performing and trouble shooting on CMP/PHOTO/ETCH/TF/DIFF. • Maintaining and managing control plan and FMEA. Cooperating with QA to pass ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. • Cooperating with R&D to introduce high-voltage power LEDs and flip-chip LEDs. • Consolidating and coordinating projects with CS to introduce bonding material and spec used by customers for preventing customer complaints. • Cooperating with PIE to improve Vf (forward voltage) yield of LEDs at WAT stage by optimizing passivation layer.
