In November of 2021, she launched another business called Rendezvous Elopements which services adventurous elopements to couples in New England and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Gretchen is also a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania. She graduated from St. Luke's School of Nursing in 2019 and obtained her BSN from Capella University in 2021.
