As a communications specialist with a background in strategic and public sector communication, I represent Lithuania in EFSA’s Communication Expert Network (CEN). By working closely with EFSA and national authorities, I turn complex scientific findings into messages that are easy to understand and useful for people – from decision-makers and journalists to consumers and businesses. Key tasks: 🔹 Create clear and useful content to help people understand food safety and animal health. 🔹 Write easy-to-understand articles for the VMVT website and news portals. 🔹 Preparing and sending press releases and media materials to journalists to ensure accurate coverage. 🔹 Developing and strategizing advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences. 🔹 Creating communication plans to guide consistent and impactful messaging across channels. 🔹 Developing engaging Facebook posts to clarify common misconceptions. 🔹 Building strong relationships with journalists by providing timely and accurate responses. 🔹 Organizing internal events to strengthen team spirit and support institutional goals. 🔹 Planning and managing external events such as ,,Animal Day" to engage the community and promote awareness. 🔹 Managing communication during public concerns or emergencies with calm and trustworthy updates. 🔹 Monitor media and public feedback to improve communication. 🔹 Work with other government agencies to keep messaging clear and aligned. 🔹 Support educational campaigns on safe food practices and animal welfare.

🔹Influencer Campaigns: ran end-to-end campaigns for clients like Douglas, Reserved, Biocell, Trollbeads. This included scouting talent, negotiating contracts, and tracking results. 🔹Content & Design: managed the company’s Instagram, created newsletters, and took care of product photography and graphic design. 🔹Events: organized PR events and launches for fashion and beauty brands, focusing on guest management and visual presentation.

I studied Creative Industries at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH), focusing on media communication, visual storytelling, media production, and creative writing. During my studies, I gained knowledge in media theory, digital imaging, event management, and the role of communication in creative societies. I actively participated in creative projects and helped organize events, which allowed me to develop practical skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership. I’m passionate about creative communication and eager to contribute to the media and cultural fields!
