Chattanooga - EPB (US) – deployed in 2012. • Video broadcast solution for public sector (First responders) on the top of mobile infrastructure including tablet/smartphone (3G/4G/WIFI). • O&G Security-CCTV system (FLNG-PRELUDE): project takeover in 'integration & tune' mode. In charge of a world-wide R&D competence center, 80 people located in France, Italy, Germany and China. I coordinate the product qualification programs across all the sites, main scope: • E2E testing for Optics Equipments + Network Management System in line with committed roadmap, content and quality. • Delivering network transformation procedures and the associated tested migration tools for end-customers • Performing customer demo, type approvals... • Providing high technical expertise for R&D Labs, New Products Introduction and Maintenance & Support Center. • Leading organization transformation accross countries
