Having started my post-secondary career as an English teacher, you could say that my first passion is for communication. This served me well as I took on my first job in IT at iotum Corporation. There, I wore administration, QA, and documentation hats. At Unlimi-Tech Software, Inc, many of those experiences translated into a highly successful role in QA and customer support. I also made a point of finding ways to use my background to assist other departments. This eventually resulted in a move to my current position with Unlimi-Tech, which draws upon my deep understanding of the product and my ability to relay it back to others.
