In this role I was responsible for managing cost and productivity improvement projects at the DuPont LaPorte Poly Vinyl Alcohol facility. Using traditional DMAIC and Lean practices, I led multiple projects to reduce variable cost and release unforseen capacity.

In this role I oversaw the production of the DuPont LaPorte Poly Vinyl Alcohol facitility and managed all aspects of production including process optimization, cost, quality, safety, product wheel and transportation logistics.

In this role I was responsible for leading teams of consultants to delivery a vairety of consulting services. My work was focused with large, multi-national oil companies, most notably with off-shore drilling contractors. The projects I managed spanned multiple continents including N. America, S. America, Europe and Africa as well as the Middle East.

In this role I was responsible for implementing safety management improvements through onsite assessment and consulting services with clients in packaging, hospitality, food manufacturing, electronics, agriculture, transportation and industrial chemicals.

In this role I managed a team of mechanics and electricians at the DuPont Chattanooga Engineering Polymers facility. I was responsible for maintenance schedule, cost, productivity, overtime management, personnel development / turnover and systems optimization. This included managing all facility turnarounds.

In this role I was responsible for maintaining the DuPont Chattanooga High Temperature Nylon process. Responsibilities included process optimization, quality management and six sigma Green Belt actvities.

With responsibility for new business development in the US, I worked closely with the Senior Leaders and Key Influencers of potential clients to understand their current state and perceived needs in order to build a customized solution to help them accomplish their objectives and meet their goals. Included in my role were new marketing efforts, client relationship development and opportunity identification. I have an office in Chicago and help clients unlock value through custom consulting solutions in Operations Risk Management, Operational Excellence, Learning & Development and Sustainable Growth.

As part of EY's Advisory Performance Improvement practice, I worked with clients and EY leaders to identify and deliver projects. Selected engagements included a comprehensive review of Operational Risk Management principles and practices across a North American Energy Company, a yield and production optimization program for a US-based industrialized products manufacturer, an asset, maintenance and turnaround program for a US-based chemicals company focused on improving performance of the facilities they operate. I also acted as a global leader in Operational Excellence and North American lead for Asset Integrity and Reliability.

I work with a team of professionals to help company leaders identify their business improvement needs, implement solutions and deliver support in order to drive cost reductions and productivity improvements. With a personal focus on operations performance, enterprise asset management and safety, I work with companies to help optimize their businesses, their people and the environments they work in. From identifying strategy, to developing processes and building management systems, I deliver performance improvement and change to clients across the supply chain.
