Novantas is a management consulting firm headquartered in New York. Founded in 1999, the firm primarily advises banking, insurance and wealth management companies, emphasizing growth through improved customer knowledge. Recruited away from ATK by Novantas to open and build out its new Toronto office in 2010. Responsible for marketing, selling and delivering the firm’s core offerings to new clients while also expanding the firm’s profile within established clients with new thought leadership. Focus was on developing strong and sustainable client relationships in the areas of customer focused strategy, distribution channel optimization, sales and service re-engineering, and many other efforts to boost bottom line performance in retail and commercial banking as well as wealth management.
