* Manage store operations including customer service, merchandising, and sales. Monitor sales (against budget and previous years’ sales) and gross margin. * Staff management and scheduling, payroll, shipping and receiving, and office management as well as any other necessary administrative duties. * Participate in store openings, relocations and inventories.
