Owned the cockpit-module launch for the Porsche Taycan EV under just-in-sequence conditions and high change frequency - where one stoppage halts the customer's line. • Delivered SOP on time with zero line downtime through the critical ramp-up. • Controlled all technical changes inside live JIS modules without breaking sequence.

A Mercedes-Benz W213 E-Class door-panel CKD program moving from Daimler-direct to Yanfeng supply - across four ASEAN markets, with no variant-control system in place. • Led CKD variant management for the W213 E-Class door-panel program across Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia - direct interface with Daimler and Yanfeng. • Defined new delivery processes and multi-variant kit structures for 6 plants through the Daimler-to-Yanfeng transition. • Built the ERP/PLM data integration that let the four-market supply chain scale without manual intervention.

• Harmonized global manufacturing processes across USA and Europe (BMW, Chrysler powertrain). • Drove variant reduction for structural cost savings.

• VW seat-structure ramp-up, plant Poland - standard work, cross-functional coordination, SOP delivery. • 20% time-to-market reduction through capacity management and a supplier task force.

• Engine-component task force. • 80% reduction in supplier complaints through process optimization.

Global JIS/JIT supply chain coordination securing €100M annual revenue across three continents. • Built the supply chain and master-data architecture from zero for Magna Malaysia - 100% OTD at handover. Six months after I left, a wrong-variant line stoppage hit the plant once the data structure was no longer maintained: retroactive proof of what the architecture was holding together. • Built SAP master-data architecture (MM, PP, EWM) and PLM integration with data integrity across 3 continents. • Structural savings >€100k p.a. through VA/VE and Lean workshops.

PMO lead for a €60M greenfield cooling-systems plant (China / Eastern Europe): layout, process flow, target operating model, CapEx. • €20M tooling savings through platform engineering. • Built a 1,000-hour relational logistics database (MS Access / VBA / SQL) with currency simulation / adopted as divisional standard; the first data-intelligence tool to make material-flow redundancies visible and controllable.
