Launch responsibility has been internally split into planning and execution due to scale of program. Leading the execution team for MEU (Germany, Austria and The Netherlands) now. Team consists of 12 execution program managers who deal with up to 30 stakeholders to launch last mile buildings on time.

Started as program manager for launches with end to end responsibility on several launches. Responsibility has reached from selecting a site, driving internal approvals, lease contract, authority communication to actual execution of a project.
