The Chief Officer - Business Growth role is accountable for providing consistent leadership to help facilitate the cultural changes that are necessary to achieve our strategic growth objectives and enhance future growth prospects. It is responsible for aligning the organisation to innovate and enhance our members’ experiences, and to embed a persistent focus on the member in all the actions we take. This role owns the development of a multi-channel sales approach; and a distribution strategy which achieves the ideal mix between multiple channels including our branch footprint. The role is responsible for increasing member retention; achieving revenue, market share and margin objectives contained in the Group operating plan. In addition, it is responsible for creating a competitive marketing advantage that will help acquire new customers and to better retain existing customers through the development of brand, advertising and promotion strategies.
