Overall staff authority for 75 engineers and technicians, with 6 direct reports, across three sites. Defined and executed $22MM annual operating plan across non-recurring engineering, program management, prototype manufacturing, supplier development, capital projects, IT, recruiting and Facilities. - Proactively hired more than 45 experienced and junior engineers and technicians; deployed cross-functional product teams to focus on primary performance risks in propulsion and avionics. - Oversaw design and construction of primary engine and component testing facilities in Tucson and Huntington Beach; completed in under nine months. - Tightly integrated engineering design, release and first article assembly processes within Manufacturing and Supply Chain groups to enable rapid execution of design iterations. - Satisfied key development milestones in stage-level propulsion testing, avionics hardware verification and composite structures cryogenic loading. - Team produced more than 12 distinct injector/chamber design solutions, two of which satisfied Vector-R baseline performance targets.

Reporting to CEO, General Manager for Remote Sensing & Tactical Awareness (RSTA) Division. Full P&L responsibility and purview over all division operations, including program execution, technology innovation, security, facilities, IT and personnel management. - Led strategic realignment from government services to dual-use ISR sensor products, focusing on RF and acoustic sensor suites for UAVs and precision-guided tactical weapons. - Developed and executed three-year technology roadmap from ideation through initial systems integration and flight testing of acoustic sensors that provide non-cooperative collision-avoidance solutions for small UAS in the National Airspace. - Directly managed a three-year, $16M USAF joint-agency technology demonstration program to integrate phased-array RF sensor suites into fixed-wing UAVs and low-yield precision bombs. - Established program planning, execution and measurement techniques to improve contract compliance, achievement of program objectives and mitigation of cost and schedule risks.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President/General Manager, responsible for all Engineering functional, operational and platform-centric disciplines, including Systems and Software Engineering, Product Design, Configuration Data Management, and Integration, Test and Evaluation. - Overall staff authority over 120 engineers, with 15 direct reports. Hired and trained 35 additional staff to expand both depth and diversity of skills necessary to execute a more mature product development cycle. - Directly responsible for multi-million dollar operating budget, including personnel labor and training, capital outlays, IRAD and Continuous Improvement initiatives. - Defined quality, productivity and utilization metrics by functional group, and implemented performance scorecards to increase visibility into inefficiencies that hinder program success. - Instituted greater systems engineering discipline and rigor into product development process, including interim peer and gate reviews, failure review boards, after-action reviews and system maturity models.

Reporting to the Vice President of Programs, responsible for the successful management and execution of MSST program technical, cost and schedule objectives. - Directed technical and program objectives for CEi team of more than 25 personnel across Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics. - Successfully led CEi team from program Test Readiness Review to delivery of first EDM target to prime contractor and DoD customers.

- Core program services included SATCOM terminal systems engineering, antenna pedestal refurbishment, obsolescence mitigation, and reverse engineering of electromechanical subsystems and electronics assemblies to recreate OEM specifications. - DoD Program Acquisition Lead. Developed technical, schedule and pricing strategies for 27 new business proposals. Achieved a win percentage greater than 90% with total award value greater than $40M. Orchestrated $14M SEAPORT solicitation response with multiple partners, including General Dynamics and Raytheon.

- Supported PMW/A 170 Future SATCOM PMO and NUWC TDA in the areas of SATCOM antenna pedestal design, manufacture, electro-mechanical and RF testing. - Coordinated Government team to verify compliance of Raytheon design reviews with program requirements. Provided subject matter expertise in the design, manufacture, test and operation of SHF and EHF antenna pedestals.

- Second-in-Command of Company Operations. Responsible for regular execution of staff hiring and evaluations, capital improvements, facilities management, physical and data security, and benefits administration. - Principal external technical and programmatic interface for BTP Systems. Established engineering best practices, documentation processes and organizational structure to satisfy ISO and USAF traceability requirements.

- Air Force Lasercomm Program Engineer. Directed team of twelve scientists and technologists to define, develop and execute an Airborne Laser Terminal TRL5 demonstrator. - Navy DD(X) C3I Proposal Manager. Oversaw generation, integration and evaluation of Integrated Deckhouse preliminary designs under the Phase III proposal effort, valued at over $75M. - Navy AEHF SATCOM Antenna Pedestal Group IPT Lead. Supervised over 25 Raytheon and supplier personnel during inspection, disassembly, repair, reconstruction and successful sell-off of over 100 SATCOM apertures, valued at over $50M.

- Principal field engineer during testing of a new cryogenic rocket engine prototype. Designed, installed and serviced single-axis AC servo actuator assemblies to operate main propellant valves. - Responsible for the system requirements definition and preliminary design of the Intrepid expendable launch vehicle mechanical systems, including thrust vector control, flight termination, stage and payload separation.

Concurrent BS and MS degrees awarded. Accepted into Engineering Internship Program (EIP), employed at CalTech/JPL.
