In this volunteer position, on Mr. Tenney's frequent international speaking tours, I served with him in 20+ countries undertaking the following responsibilities: Scouring exotic locales and formulating life-changing humanitarian aid projects that could be completed within a day. Pulling teams together, managing local volunteers, staff, and interns to assist in the completion of aid projects. Capturing projects on video from inception to completion, and producing final watchable clips within impossibly short windows. Discussing projects, inviting and inspiring audiences to participate through either manpower or financial donations. Assisting in all aspects of travel, tours, speaking engagements, and audio/video production & publishing for concerts and crusades. Regular speaking engagements that promoted or aligned with Mr. Tenney's current books or themed materials.

* Founded and Directed transeuropean faith-based organization * Registered Foundation in Netherlands and Germany * Managed groups of college interns, over 50 in total * Pioneered efforts to build a local, national, and international ministry through creative, relevant outreaches, weekly local house meetings in several cities, partnerships with students at various high schools and colleges, national Encounter Weekends, yearly Summer Schools of Ministry with hundreds of students * Preached and taught in churches, conferences, and small groups throughout Netherlands and across Europe * Led personal and group discipleship * Started bases, outreaches, churches, or small groups in Ede, Leeuwarden, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Netherlands, as well as in Minden, Germany; Krivoy Rog, Ukraine; and Crewe, England * Transferred organization to fully Dutch leadership in Summer 2005 when I resigned to pursue further education and to serve the poor with more practical, systemic, sustainable solutions.
