Hired for strategic IT consulting and managed service expertise for a nationwide broadband network supporting first responders for this independent authority within the U.S. Dept. of Commerce charged with developing, building & operating the nationwide, broadband network exclusively for first responders. Worked with senior leadership to gather and analyze requirements, allocate resources and draft the Early Mover Public Safety Broadband Network Planning, Architecture & Design proposal. Assisted in developing the national network specifications, guidelines & roadmap. ● RFP development. Authored RFP that netted $46B in contract award. Designed a Comprehensive Public Safety Broadband Managed Network proposal. Performed market research, LTE technology assessment, & public safety training in preparation. The results: A 25-year contract award to AT&T. ● Proof of concept. Created the Key Learning Condition Plans for Early Builder Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement compliance. Managed teams, project plans and deliverables to completion and within project schedule, inc. budgeting, management consulting, project execution and deployment. ● Team leadership. Led a team in expediting and launching a 65-site LTE network buildout—expediting a multi-site network expansion before the initial grant period expired. Led a 50-person project team, inc. multiple contractors and vendors. Delivered the program within 7 months, securing the remainder of $34M in funding, nearly 30% of the total original $119M NTIA grant.

Led managed IT and telecommunications services across eight U.S. offices, overseeing 130 staff, P&L responsibility for $100 mil. business. Delivered client-centric solutions, including network monitoring, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services, driving revenue growth and client retention. Oversaw daily operations for Utah, Idaho and Hawaii markets. Managed site modification services and new site development for Verizon Wireless contracts across all three markets. Led all activities for deployment projects and new site construction, including over 51 project sites on five Hawaiian Islands. Managed 22 direct reports with a budget of $3M.
