Sasol Lake Charles Mega Project – Developed a team of 48 staff and 350 contractors to manage site material activities that supported project construction operations. Utilize key skills and expertise to design processes and procedures in order to augment material planning and controlling functions. Identify and recruit potential candidates, assess team performance, and deliver mentoring and trainings to develop skills and capabilities.
