* For global consumer products beverage company - managed a software implementation project including the development, tracking and updating of detailed project plans in MS Project, allocation and coordination of project resources, facilitation of meetings and communications, status reporting, and risk management. * Developed and delivered an Executive Compensation reporting solution to the Board of Directors using MS Access. * Performed data analysis for the Global Compensation and Retirement Benefits groups.

Management Managed junior associates as direct reports providing career advice /mentoring, conducting annual reviews, addressing sub-par performance, as well as interviewing and recruiting candidates from top business schools throughout the Southeast. Project Management Directed cross-functional system implementation teams including developers, business analysts, testers, team leads, and business owners. Developed and maintained project plans including scope definition and management, work breakdown structure (WBS), duration estimates, and resource allocations all while managing customer expectations. Business Development Marketed consulting services to prospective clients, resulting in over $150,000 of incremental revenue including lead identification, relationship development, sales presentation, rates negotiation, and proposal authoring.

* Developed business and system requirements, and process models for an integrated credit-decisioning platform. Interviewed key stakeholders in a Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 2+ project environment that required a detailed understanding of the credit acquisition, decisioning, and fulfillment process. * Performed feasibility analysis including level of effort (LOE) estimates, customer impact analysis, resource analysis, and NPV estimates. Presented estimates to stakeholders for review and acceptance. * Built custom software applications using Visual Basic 6.0, Access, and Excel.

* Led implementation teams providing on-site hardware installation and configuration for new customers. * Provided technical support including PC and network administration to 200+ home health care agencies. * Formed and chaired the IT Standards Development Committee, resulting in departmental technical standards.
