Certification deliverables for (5) Bombardier CRJ's new interior DAS STC projects. Proposed projects with DAS/FAA. Deliverables included PSCP, FAA Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Compliance Checklists and Project Conformity and Inspection Plans. Managed certification process from proposal to final DAS/FAA STC issuance testing and return to flight status.

Overall project-management for large Boeing aircraft interior STC reconfigurations (budget, project milestones, work scope and earned value). Initiated FAA project certification plan proposal and subsequent closure of all documents related to final FAA/EASA conformity and compliance. Successfully Managed (3) large work scope new Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s) projects and numerous amended STC’s. Created FAA approved structural-stress compliance documents, Continued Airworthiness (ICAW) and AFM supplements.

Systems Engineering, Certification Engineering and Customer Engineering: Certification Engineer: Certification and airworthiness support for aircraft customer delivery processes. Ensured the product and OEM aircraft complied with FAA regulatory requirements. Successfully completed numerous FAA approved structural and electrical compliance documents. Customer Engineering: Account manager supporting airline leasing customer ILFC. Configuration of 747 and 777 aircraft at the customer option level from proposal through delivery including contract negotiations and make/buy process. 747 Standard Selections option strategy and implementation program lead; i.e. ‘lean’ customer options re-packaging. Field Service Manager: Barbers Point NAS, Hawaii: MRO on-site field service manager for DOD E-6 military reconnaissance aircraft. Managed technical solutions, modifications, and scheduled maintenance checks. Received accommodation award from Naval Commander, Air Reconnaissance, and Pacific Fleet.
