Greg Mollnow

As a Superintendent , I am responsible for the daily coordination and direction of the project so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, meets the company's quality standards, and meets the customer's satisfaction. I work directly with the Project Manager in all facets of the project.

As an Assistant Superintendent I work directly with the Superintendent. In doing so, I am responsible for providing technical management at the project site; which requires a thorough understanding of the owner's goals, project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

As a Project Engineer, I work with the Project Manager and Superintendent on a daily basis to document work being performed, push the schedule, ensure quality work, and maintain site safety.

Responsible for shipment and return of secure materials. Use of heavy machinery to facilitate in the process. Minimal supervision in a team environment.
