In my current role as Assistant Depot Manager, I support the Depot Manager in overseeing daily operations, identifying opportunities to drive sales, and contributing to the growth and success of the depot. My work extends from managing the P&L to recruiting and leading a team, all while maintaining the high standards of customer service that I’ve cultivated throughout my career. Having honed my ability to understand the unique needs of each customer, I am passionate about building trust and providing tailored solutions that drive results. I continue to apply this customer-centric approach by motivating my team to exceed sales targets, using strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with local trades and clients alike.
