I work with company leaders to design, develop, and test leadership program initiatives in support of the company's leadership strategy.

 Prior Governance Team Chair reporting to the Executive Sponsor and Diversity Council;  Ensures that the Diversity Council mission is executed;  Works to foster a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment that ensures equal opportunity for Veterans through hiring, development, retention, outreach, and educational efforts that cater to these community members. The responsibilities and activities include: o Establishing programs and initiatives that encourage the hiring of veterans in the workforce; o Cultivating an inclusive workplace for Veterans and their families; o Actively promoting veteran initiatives and community programs in Southeastern Wisconsin and the US; o Leading volunteering efforts for the organization for the business; o Supporting the Veterans Chamber of Commerce and their initiatives to drive veteran supplier diversity and inclusive veteran employer-ship; o Collaborates with other affinity groups to provide diverse informational topics and learning opportunities.

New Application Operations Manager Leads a diverse team of operational support staff in the input and development of new business applications Manages all complex work activities of the New Business Application Division; Manages new business projects, customer service initiatives, and workflows; Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to policies/procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; Leads development of staff through individual meetings, audits, and classroom instruction; Implements new processing practices and procedures; Responds to complex/sensitive customer service complaints and questions Reviews and enhances policies where potential defects are identified Coaches and mentors aspiring new leaders Reverse mentors VP's and above on the Value a Military Veteran brings to the organization with successful results.

Special Investigations Unit. Reviews, researches, assesses, analyzes, and conducts detailed investigations involving suspicious, potentially fraudulent, sanctioned, or other potentially illegal acts governed by state and federal regulations. -Primary liaison between the Special Investigations Unit and Long Term Care Benefits assisting in fraud investigations and regulatory reporting. In depth research and reporting for Senior Diminished Capacity cases throughout the US; -Consulted and informed legal counsel on complex investigations and state reporting requirements throughout the US; -Provided anti-fraud training for Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Long Term Care Insurance underwriters and claims analysts on potential fraud cases; -Reviewed and reported cases of Senior Diminished Capacity to State and Federal agencies throughout the US; -Conducted verbal consultations with both Disability Income and Long Term Care analysts to help identify and resolve potential fraudulent activity on claims; -Reviewed and reports life, disability, and long term care applications for potential fraud based on the specific regulations of the State; -Coordinated and tracks third party investigative vendor contracts and state licenses; -Compiled and reports quarterly fraud incidents for review by Enterprise Risk Assurance; -Worked extensively with remote Field Benefit Consultants to provide comprehensive reports to our internal customers.

Appraises and underwrites life insurance applications in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for the approval, classification, or declination of applications for life insurance by evaluating a high volume of medical, financial, and other risk information to determine the statistical effect those factors have on life expectancy and / or chronic illness. Provides guidance and assistance to the Field Force and Home Office Staff regarding risk appraisal and procedural issues
