Responsible for all technology operations including architecture, design, administration, support and distribution. Participated as part of the executive strategic committee, with particular focus on providing strategic leadership in regards to technology innovation. Ensured the needed architecture and design was such that it could continue to support year over year growth rates of 35%+, in addition to handling processed market-data that continues to double each year. Responsible for hiring, managing and overseeing a technology team of 50+ individuals that spans Development, Project Management, Operations, QA, and Documentation.
