In a period of 4 years I was responsible for creating the brand, building a team of 40 staff, setting up online and retail stores, building a distribution center and logistics network, creating an import program and ultimately selling to Bunzl Australasia. In the 4 year period organic turnover was grown from 4m to 22m.
