Conversion of Shell Legacy EDMS system for pipeline document and drawings to Shell global AIM platform. Includes extensive data cleansing, transformation/mapping, and modification of AutoCAD drawings to properly link external reference drawings and images.

Developed Mobile Phone Invoice Analysis tool to support historical analysis of mobile phone charges for all of the various groups supported by SGS. Work included integration of Excel source data and output reports using Excel 2007 and Access 2007. Developed MI Reports application tool to provide graphical analysis of data contained in Excel report files. Extensive VBA code used to control import of data files and formatting of sophisticated Excel Chart Objects.

Developed and enhanced PCP Tracker and PRT Tracker tools for CIO group in Shell IT for reporting on monthly project management activities. Work included extraction of data from Excel spreadsheets, data cleansing and formatting, import and export of data between MS Access and Excel. Extensive use of advanced VBA code was required to provide the functionality and user-friendly interface desired.

Short term contract programming work for Logica/Shell Oil Company. Completing a VB6 application for Risk Managers negotiating contracts with commercial fuel dealers. Interfacing to FinWin web-based NYMEX futures real-time data, Oracle tables and storing pricing components for historical analysis.

Data maintenance and reporting on GADS (Generation Availability Data System) using MS Excel and Access to report various statistics on electric generation performance. Backend database is SQL Server 2000.

Maintenance of existing access applications for reporting from Oracle tables. Most reports are excel spreadsheets involving extensive processing of large Oracle table data. Development of new Access applications using Oracle stored procedures, ODBC linked tables, and ADO to support multi-user functionality and security. Significant re-writing of in-house code (VBA and SQL) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and processing time.

Designed and created forms and reports for a Human Resources database in Access 97. Worked as part of a 4-person team. Short-term contract.
