A seasoned facilitator, strategic advisor, and coach, Greg thrives helping organizations to develop their leaders and culture champions. Having worked with teams from the executive level to the frontlines, his unique mix of skill and expertise includes planning and delivery of internal workshops throughout Asia, strategic advisory consulting, and leading an HR development group who pioneered data collection for personal and organizational improvements. Greg holds a BA and EMBA from Simon Fraser University and was a part-time management and organizational behaviour instructor for 13 years at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is the principal author of “A Planning and Implementation Guide to Team Policing” and draws on his experience gained in past roles as director, corporate executive, CEO, startup co-founder, and municipal social planner. Experienced executive in Canada and Asia where I was a Founder and CEO of eeVoices (2007-20015) - a firm with a vision and mission of "helping organizations take the risk of their people decisions" by providing background checking and engagement survey services.

Newly established role to coordinate social planning and initiatives across all municipal and civic agencies to both improve service delivery of existing services affecting people and to ensure the people and community needs were met. The position was established in response to community issues with youth and either lack of or need for new community facilities. Child care services were lacking and by working with communities and agencies there was a 100% increase in spaces in less than a year. Led the negotiations and transfer of the municipal social welfare service to the province. Also served as Acting Municipal Planner on an extended basis.

Silver Anniversary Award of Distinction 1990 Greg Basham, BA, MBA Greg is a former ICBC vice president who has served as President of the Alumni Association from 2002-2004 and 1985-1987. In 2005 Greg was one of 40 recipients of the Presidents 40th Anniversary Award having served on the Board of Governors three non-consecutive terms and the University Senate and while an undergrad on the Student Society council. If Greg were a student today, he would again take advantage of the opportunities to get involved in the governance of the student society or the university.
