With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, I am an ACF trained chef with a strong background in culinary management and marketing, which I acquired from my previous roles as a corporate executive chef at Gold Key | PHR and an executive chef at Omni Hotels & Resorts. I have extensive opening and pre-opening with several large scale best in class hotels and restaurants. I have developed and executed innovative menus, recipes, and strategies for various concepts and venues, ranging from casual to fine dining, and from historic to modern. I have also led and trained diverse teams of culinary professionals, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. I am very knowledgeable on wine and have created scores of wine maker dinners and events. My mission is to create memorable dining experiences that delight and satisfy my customers, while also supporting my local community and suppliers. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new cuisines, and embrace new challenges in the dynamic and competitive restaurant industry.
