Ensuring orders leave the fulfillment center in time, replacing damaged items, checking aging inventory, researching overages pick locations and returning them to the right location. During this period I worked on optimizing the process of returning "overages" to their right location. By researching possible pick locations and making an optimal route, I was able to do this task in 1.5-2 hours whereas others would take 3-4 hours for the same amount of work.

DNS is een kleinschalige school voor vmbo-t, havo en vwo met een uniek onderwijsconcept. Dat leidt vanzelfsprekend op voor een diploma, maar onderscheidt zich doordat het de verwondering van de leerling als uitgangspunt neemt. In door de vakdocenten bepaalde thema's staat de leervraag, de verwondering, van de leerling centraal. De leerling gaat, daarbij intensief begeleid door mentor en vakdocenten, volgens een beproefde onderzoeksmethode op zoek naar de antwoorden. De opgedane kennis, inzichten en vaardigheden delen de leerlingen met elkaar en hun docent. Deze werkwijze leidt tot een rijk en gevarieerd onderwijsklimaat dat leerlingen gedurende hun hele schoolloopbaan uitdaagt en gemotiveerd houdt. De leerling leert zo bovendien de verantwoordelijkheid voor de eigen leerweg te nemen. Het onderwijsconcept van DNS draagt sterk bij aan alle facetten van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van onze leerlingen en gaat dus veel verder dan enkel de cognitieve ontwikkeling. Het bereidt hen bovendien uitstekend voor op het vervolgonderwijs.
