The main office desk specialist and aids the contract unit for the Department of Parks and Recreation, located at the City Hall of San Jose. Serves as the primary contact for all communications between residents and all PRNS affairs which incorporates The Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services department (PRNS) manages approximately 3,520 acres of parks, community gardens, and open space lands. PRNS also provides management for over 50 community facilities.

Served as the front desk specialists for several San Jose community centers and parks. Responsibilities included handling all office administration work including but not limited to contract, paperwork, finances, and communication. Additionally, was responsible for coordinating strategies for efficient center programming registration and marketing efforts and promotion. - Served as the marketing lead for the Berryessa Community Center and Almaden Lake Park. This included coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media sites, and planning community events, such as the 2018 Lake Almaden Car Show. Additional responsibilities in event planning roles included managing relationships and sponsorships between local businesses and the City of San Jose. - Measured performance on digital initiatives to maximize social media ROI and draft sustainable budgets
