Responsible for the Facilities operation of the São Paulo and Mexico offices – 6,500 sqm.; Management of the daily operation providing excellent customer experience; Management and development of the JLL and third-party teams; Supplier management ensuring contract compliance and operational performance; Development of close working relationship with Client Key Stakeholders, Landlord and FM vendors to ensure fully understanding of the Client culture and become partners in delivering a high-quality service; Development and implementation of periodic inspections / preventive maintenance plans and performance according to established SLA’s and KPI’s; Annual budget control; Work with local and EMEA teams applying operational best practices and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance to guarantee a safe work environment; Application of Sustainability, Inclusion, Equity and Diversity policies to ensure a healthy work environment.

Responsible for the Facilities operation of the bank in Brazil.; Ensure the day-to-day site operation, especially critical areas in possible failures (redundant system); Property inspections; Layout changes; Hard services team management to ensure the performance of the PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and corrective maintenance raised in the work orders system according to established SLA’s and KPI’s; Supplier contracts management related to the Facilities scope; Implementation and control of facilities processes; Management and development of teams; Ensure financial and operational performance; Annual budget control; Preparation of monthly operational reports. - Hard services: preventive and corrective maintenance management for electrical, hydraulic, civil, automatic door, utilities, firefighting system, UPS, Power Generator, BMS, HVAC critical and common areas. - Soft services: cleaning and janitorial, reception, catering, vending machines, landscaping, parking, access badges, pest control, confidential waste, locksmith, mail room and other Facilities services.

Responsible for creation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, including understanding complete scope, design of solutions for demands of Facilities Management and Property Maintenance bidding processes; Analysis and elaboration of responses to RFIs and RFQs for local, regional and global bids; legal documentation required for commercial processes; Viability studies of new contracts; Analysis of strategic results and correlation with action plans; Meetings and commercial presentations for prospecting new clients; Market mapping and analysis; Participation in fairs and events related to the Real Estate segment.

Rotating position for facilities management at clients such as Novartis, Intel, Motorola, Intel and VMware. Responsible for Facilities Management ensuring the financial and operational performance of the contract, which includes: management of property maintenance service providers such as cleaning, reception, parking, mailroom, access control, cafeteria, vending machines; Budget control; Control of preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment (generators, no breaks, chillers, HVAC, fire-fighting system, etc.); Civil and electrical works and layout changes monitoring; Control and implementation of internal administrative procedures; Management and team development.

Responsible for analyzing, planning and managing corporate processes related to Facilities Management and Property Maintenance, statistical controls, marketing and corporate communication, presentations, budget management and planning, feasibility studies for new business, commercial proposals, analysis of strategic results and correlation with plans of action, projects and new clients prospecting.
