I joined Lolly’s Laundry to support the production team and to develop and implement a brand sustainability strategy and to begin with its implementation. Responsibilities: • Placing and managing the development of Purchase Orders for 6 collections annually. • Vendor management, daily communication with suppliers on the development of the PO’s. • Negotiation of prices, terms and managing supplier contracts. • Managing the handover from sales to production of all customer orders and own stock requirements. • Development of Code of Conduct and compliance standards. • Development and implementation of initiatives for transparency, traceability, Digital Product Passport, supply chain duo diligence, sourcing Better Cotton, and circularity. Achievements: • Onboarding all our suppliers to tex.tracer, creating transparency in Tiers 1, 2 & 3 of the supply chain. • Launch of our first DPP (Digital Product Passport) in line with approaching EU legislation, on our web-shop and physical product at the end of 2025. • Launch of the sustainability section on our website at the end of 2025. • Seamless integration with our EPR provider, to declare and monitor all packaging for Danmark, Germany and France.

During my time at Kingsland I developed their 2023 Compliance Manual and established their business fundamental values and initiated a supplier tier 2 & 3 traceability and transparency framework.
