Impacted by layoffs! Led sourcing for the Merchant Engagement team and helped recruiting efforts for the Checkout, Compute, OnStor, and Purchasing teams! My main focus was backend, infrastructure, devops, mobile, and fullstack engineers! Sourcing, screening, and giving an exceptional candidate experience to outbound and inbound candidates played a key part in hiring across all of my teams! Maintained three or more offers per quarter and held a high outreach number every week. I hired junior engineers to senior managers! Collaborated with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to create new sourcing strategies which helped find the perfect fit for our roles!

Acquired by (Affirm)! Full cycle recruiting for top tech startups including, Benchling, Vanta, Sendoso, Bear Flag Robotics, Cruise, and more! Took candidates through the interview process which consisted of candidate screens, client management, and negotiating offers with the candidates and clients. Cold called 25-35 candidates per day; engaging them by showcasing a number of exciting tech startups! Was able to make my first offer and hire within 2 months of starting my recruiting career! Learned how to build meaningful relationships within my team, with candidates, and clients!
