GRH Comms is an independent Ericsson LG specialist designed to assist new and established Ericsson LG re-sellers. Our specialist goals are to deliver installations, investigate and repair faults, conduct training and forensically examine prospective client requirements for sales to new and existing Ericsson LG customers. With 27 years’ experience with dealing directly with the manufacturer together with existing and prospective customers, it was our vision to set up a business to make sure the good name of Ericsson LG continues into the future and endeavour to offer the best possible services. My new job role allows me to engage directly with potential new and existing clients, offering them any solution from a traditional or hosted telephone system, mobiles, IT, WiFi

In my role due to my previous engineering and technical experience i assist with new solution sales ensuring that technically it will work as per the customers specifications and expectations. Customer demonstrations are often required and it gives me a chance to showcase what we can do as an organisation. I also can be the link between the sales team and the scheduling team often explaining the solution to the scheduling team from a technical perspective in order that we have clarity.

I resumed my duties within the technical support department with the added brief of organising the technical team in a supervisory fashion. I also assisted our technical director when required.

I was in charge of the engineering and administration teams. My duties included organising installations, faults and approving orders to suppliers for equipment to support these faults and installs. I also was involved in customer meetings to discuss ongoing projects as and when required as well as any complaints that may have arisen. Also responsible for staff hiring to facilitate any growth within BDR.

My role was to support our existing customer base on any faults that they report and try to remote assist and fix without the necessity to schedule engineering resources . Also to assist our engineering force on technical issues they may have out in the field before any escalation process to the manufacturer was needed.

I was responsible for Installing, maintaining and fault finding of LG, Ericsson and Intertel telephone systems.
