Led technology strategy and delivery for a regulated digital health platform (Class IIa medical device, EU MDR, ISO 27001, SOCII, HIPAA, GDPR).

Single-threaded leader for Prime Video Commerce: payments, subscriptions and purchase flows worldwide. Launched global in-app purchasing, built subscription models for premium live sports, and initiated Prime Video's first payment success programme, improving completion rates and fraud prevention across a multi-billion dollar revenue stream.

Led engineering team building fully automated test infrastructure. Contributed to reducing release cycles from twice per week to every two hours. Drove the acquisition of a UCL AI research team (Sapienz) to pioneer automated test-case generation that is now foundational to Meta's ability to ship at speed.

Integrated AI from acquired startup Evi to build Alexa's question-answering system for the launch of Echo. Scaled the team and operations internationally. Designed and launched Amazon's first Development Centre in Cambridge, growing to 200 staff across three business units.

Led engineering through to successful acquisition by Amazon in 2012. Scaled the Evi personal assistant from prototype to millions of downloads within the first month of launch.

Lead Engineering and QA activities across multiple teams based in London, San Francisco and Bangalore. Defining and scheduling all Engineering projects. Accountability for all live and internal service operations Member of senior management team with Board level reporting.
