Non-Executive Director of Quantum Helium Ltd (AIM: QHE) a helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration development and production company with projects in the US. I am CFO to Aterian plc (LSE:ATN) a critical and strategic metals focused exploration and development company with assets in Morocco and Rwanda. I am also CFO to BSF Enterprise plc (LSE: BSFA), (OTCQB: BSFAF), a UK listed biotech company and owner of pioneering UK-based tissue engineering company, 3D Bio-Tissues. I also provide advisory services to growth companies internationally. Most recently to Allied Gold Corporation (TSX:AAUC and AAUC: NYSE) on its admission to trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (in September 2023) at a market capitalisation of $1.1 bn. The Company raised US$267m to carry out its growth strategy, across its shovel-ready Kurmuk development gold project in Ethiopia, as well as for its gold producing assets in Cote D’Ivoire and Mali.I have advised on more than 40 capital market transactions in the last 25 years.Strong technical skills - IFRS and UK listing rules.
