As Non Executive Director for international property and construction consultants, Gleeds, I’m responsible for optimising operational performance and driving business strategy worldwide. For me, exceeding client expectations is number one. The combination of our independence, our global reach and our personal service gives Gleeds a proposition like no other. We’re currently on a journey of digital transformation – exploring how developments in emerging technology will shift the way buildings are designed, constructed and maintained – and I take a lead on driving this agenda. Having started out in cost management, my career to date has included building Gleeds’ commercial business into one of the strongest teams in London and latterly leading our programme and project management directorate. With over 30 years’ industry experience, I invest time in building lasting client relationships and specialise in the provision of strategic development advice both in the UK and overseas.
