About
I am a CEO and COO, expert at providing strategic oversight and key stakeholder support when setting and executing business, organisational, people and technological change & growth initiatives to ensure that transformations enable vision, mission and purpose to be achieved across Financial Services. I am renowned for efficiently leveraging strategic vision and requirements by converting expectations into executable growth programmes and strategies that are specifically designed to achieve above expectation results. Al Masraf’s legacy technology created ratings, financial and staffing pressure. As CEO, I was mandated by BoD to transform and grow bank. Within 90 days formed change programme, modernised strategy, processes and policies, reorientated businesses, tech, compliance and governance, then incorporated Fintech / Regtech engagement. Succeeded in delivering transformation <1-year, reduced technology issues, improved processing 5x, closing compliance gaps, reduced attrition and delivered 47% over plan growth. HSBC Philippines was seeking finance support for Group growth initiatives. As CEO, I aided HO to generate savings and revenue to fund strategic growth. I enabled HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to optimise FTE footprint and cost base, leveraged remote working to further reduce cost, invested in branches, tech and equipment, then aligned stakeholders to strategic objectives, focusing on driving client engagement. Succeeded in reducing and redeploying real estate costs and enabled 18% revenue growth. One of my core skills is enhancing internal teams, focusing on collaborative cultures, client centricity and performance developments, to safeguard and continually grow wider business performance. I am passionate about closing-out highly complex M&A integration and exit strategies, without negative impacts to stakeholders, employees or clients. Key Skills: ✔ Strategic Oversight & Execution ✔ Organisational Transformation Leadership ✔ Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment ✔ Change Programme Development ✔ Collaborative Leadership & Culture ✔ Client Centric Business Strategy ✔ M&A & Exit Strategy ✔ Risk Mitigation & Compliance ✔ Financial Performance Optimisation ✔ Technology & Process Modernisation ✔ Workforce Planning & Restructuring ✔ Regulatory & Governance Leadership ✔ Cost Reduction & Efficiency ✔ High-Impact Negotiations & Decision-Making
