Working within NAB Business Bank, responsible for the completion of property settlements, preparing credit applications, completing and loan documentation and providing operational support for business centres. Within NAB Retail, managing retail stores to lead teams in achieving sales and service targets. Providing training and development support to staff, managing risk and staffing levels across multiple retail stores to maximise operational effectiveness.

Completing analysis and assessment for credit applications through digital platforms from direct and broker channels in a fast paced environment required effective time management, understanding of risk setting and strong attention to detail. Strong networking skills enables me to build relationships with brokers and report with clients to enable the accurate and timely completion of applications. I provide support and assistance as part of the team with daily organisation and allocation of the workflow activities, regular coaching to colleagues and support to senior credit manager.
