During Covid I protected I actively led the Airways team as we recapitalised the business with NZ$160M of new equity & NZ$47M of debt. We reimagined its international business and became a world leader in online training for air traffic management services, global airspace design & airport simulators.

Advanced Braking Technology (ABV ASX) is a publicly listed company involved in the research and development of new automotive control and braking systems for trucks and 4-wheel drive vehicles. It maintains an R&D capability in Perth and undertook its own manufacturing and assembly in Thailand. I was engaged to turn the company into a sustainably profitable business by broadening the product range and growing its business internationally. As well as providing products to all of Australia’s major underground mines, ABT exported its braking systems to South Africa, Canada, Mongolia, Poland and New Zealand
