Transfield NZ grew from NZ$540M to NZ$800M revenue in four years. Earnings turned around from annual losses of NZ$5M to annual profits of nearly NZ$40M. During Covid I protected I actively led the Airways team as we recapitalised the business with NZ$160M of new equity & NZ$47M of debt. We reimagined its international business and became a world leader in online training for air traffic management services, global airspace design & airport simulators.
