* Floris London is a Royal Warrant holding perfumery based on Jermyn Street, London. * I worked there for almost a year as their Mail Order Administrator, where I was responsible for processing orders placed via the website, telephone or mail order, updating the website with new stock and product information and developing monthly newsletters and distribution lists. I also supported the Marketing Director with PR, promotions and privet views of new products. * In addition to this I used Sage for the effective retrieval of customer’s information, running daily reports and placing order. * As Floris holds two royal warrants it was imperative that customers were given a high level of customer service that is expect from a company of its standard, whether they were regular customers or the Royal Family themselves.

* I joined CMS in March 2011 taking on the role of sales administrator, with responsibities such as; * Data management and collation of client information. * Helping to identify potential clients and undertaking research. * Assisting with preparation of direct marketing campaigns and the organisation of CMS’ marketing events. * Using design skills to improve the quality of CMS’ marketing materials.

Within my role as Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator, I am responsible for all marketing material and supporting of the sales team for Shachihata Europe. This includes brand development, increased website traffic through the new UK website, due the end of the year, which will then be rolled out into numerous European Countries. Ongoing strategic marketing of the business and end users to support the yearly marketing plan and ensure sales targets are met, in conjunction with this, comprehensive database management to support business development and growth.
